Learning Programme in Business Administration

Learning Programme in Business Administration

This one-week introductory Business Administration Learning Programme aims to equip learners with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for effective administrative support roles within a variety of business environments. The course provides a foundational understanding of core business administration functions, including communication, time management, record-keeping, and customer service.

In response to emerging workplace trends, the programme introduces learners to the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools within business settings, emphasising responsible and ethical use. Learners will develop the ability to use AI to enhance efficiency in administrative tasks while maintaining critical oversight and data protection best practices.

The programme also ensures that all learners are fully aware of their safeguarding responsibilities, the principles of the Prevent duty, and the importance of online safety. These are embedded from the outset to meet statutory requirements and promote safe, respectful, and inclusive working environments.

Learners will complete the programme with a clear understanding of progression opportunities within the business administration sector and will be supported to identify suitable next steps in learning or employment.
