Week 1 – School Administrator Role:
Focus on understanding and developing core skills for school administration, including safeguarding & prevent, time management, communication, record-keeping, and supporting staff and pupils effectively.

Week 2 – Practical School Administration Skills:
Learn administrative procedures unique to educational settings, such as managing daily operations, organising tasks, and facilitating communication within the school environment.

Week 3 – Introduction to Finance and Business Management:
Gain an overview of the finance and school business management roles to understand their functions and how they support overall school operations.

Funding criteria

This course is funded under the Multiply programme for Slough Borough Council.
The eligibility criteria for free funding are the following:

– Aged 19+
– Resident in Slough
– Resident in the UK continuously for 3 years or more (exceptions apply for refugees)
